Trademarks

Sullivan Entertainment retains all of its own dramatic, motion picture, ancillary rights and trademarks to the words:

Anne of Green Gables™,  Anne of Avonlea™,  Avonlea™, Anne of the Island™, Road to Avonlea™, Anne of Avonlea – The Musical™,  Green Gables – The Musical™, Annetoon™, Anne – The Animated Series™, Anne™ Journey to Green Gables,  and ANNE™ The Collection.

Any production of any form of dramatic or cinematographic work of the Anne works, use of the above elements; any impersonation or imitation of any image or dramatic element related to Sullivan Entertainment’s film versions of Anne of Green Gables; use of Sullivan’s related Anne of Green Gables proprietary works including the title as it relates to theatre, film or television; and any of the above trademarks in any form of media or merchandising used internationally may only be used with the express written permission from or contractual agreement with Sullivan Entertainment.

*Sullivan Entertainment has produced these works under agreement with the Anne of Green Gables Licensing Authority and the province of Prince Edward Island, among others.
